The park is well equipped with a pool complex and two large swimming pools, a paddling pool, a new indoor pool and a wellness centre including a Jacuzzi and sauna (payable), as well as spectacular floodlit fountains, a bar, restaurants, play areas supermarket and a souvenir shop. Activities such as tennis, table tennis, boules and volleyball are available and there's even a delightful mini zoo for the children. Barcelona is only 30 minutes by car or train and Port Aventura, with its new Caribbean themed water park, Costa Caribe, is must for all the family. The park owners are very keen to make your stay enjoyable and will gladly arrange transfers from airport to park.

Vilanova Park is our closest campsite to Barcelona and is the perfect base for combining city sightseeing with relaxation. Located on the golden coastline of the Costa Dorada this large campsite has plenty to keep the whole family entertained. At the heart of the site sits the pretty pool complex ? a great spot for either sunbathing or splashing around in the water. The site has two toddler pools so that little ones can play in safety. While there?s plenty to do onsite you won?t want to miss out on the great things in the surrounding area. As well as the fantastic city of Barcelona to explore, Tarragona is well worth a visit too. If you want to get the adrenalin pumping then you wont want to miss a visit to PortAventura.

Castell Montgri has spectacular views, superb facilities and entertainment throughout the season, this is the ideal park for the more active family. It features not one but two superb pool complexes, each with its own bar and sun terrace, waterslides and chutes. 'Panorama', the largest of the two, also serves as a focal point for the organised entertainment. The park offers an excellent range of activities for all ages, including a sound proofed, underground disco, where the over 16s can dance the night away. A large TV screen and a number of good bars and restaurants are also available for those seeking a quieter pace of life.

Camping Castell Montgri is a well maintained site with superb facilities, located at the base of Rocamura Mountain and arranged in a series of steep terraces up the hillside. There is no need to go far to enjoy a lively holiday; the site runs a first class animation programme and facilities to suit every need, including sports competitions, ice cream parlours and a nightly disco (soundproofed) for teenagers. The main attraction has to be the superb pool complexes, one with stunning views of the coastline and mountains and each with its own restaurant, bar and terrace. The pitches are near to the smaller pool complex in a quieter part of the site. Separated by small shrubs, they provide an excellent spot to relax in the evenings.

Terraced into a steep hill overlooking the sea, this popular park is surrounded by fresh scented forests of tall pines, with palms by its pools. A sandy cove at the foot of the hill is small but beautifully formed, reached via an underpass or on the Cala Gogo's mini-train. Lively or leisurely days on-site could include waterpolo, aerobics, or a game of tennis or sun soaking on the poolside terraces overlooking the Med. There's a choice of eateries on the hill and a bar on the beach, plus a bouncy castle (high season), playgrounds and organised activities. Locally there are bars, bistros and boutiques in Platja d'Aro, and the Aquadiver Waterpark is just 1 mile away.

Guests can enjoy mini-golf, tennis, soccer, aerobics and excellent facilities all round. Cambrils Park is very attractive, with the pool complex very much a centrepiece. You'll not only find elephant water chutes and a dragon slide but there's also a new themed pool. There are shops, bars and a restaurant on park not to mention a fine beach with water sports less than 1km away.
